  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Account Security

You are responsible for:

4. Subscription and Payments

Free Trial

We offer a free tier that allows monitoring of one email address with limited features. No credit card is required for the free tier.

Paid Subscriptions

  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selection
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Refunds are not provided for:

  • Renewal payments
  • Accounts cancelled after 30 days of initial purchase
  • Violations of these Terms

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial months
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service excessively
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Warranties of merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of breach data

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Identity Signal from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service

  • Violation of any rights of another party
  • Your negligence or willful misconduct

12. Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, for:

Effect of Termination
